Abstract
Australia is well-known for its beautiful beaches, great views, and kangaroos, but also for its mineral wealth, the early recognition of its mineral prospectivity was held in 1848, the first discovery of Gold in the country, now called the Goldfields region. In 2016, Australia was the top producer for iron ore, bauxite and lithium, and it is second producer of Gold in the world, and the top of gold world ranking for resources.
In the last two years, several discoveries of copper-gold deposits have been made by several joint ventures between major companies and junior exploration companies, therefore Australia has become once again in one of the greatest places to make discoveries.

Perfil Académico
Estudio pregrado en la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería del 2008 a 2014, graduado como primer puesto de la promoción “Rolando Carrascal Miranda”en el 2014. Realizo una maestría en Project management en OBS business school- en convenio con la Universidad de Barcelona, España 2018-2019. Actualmente es candidato a doctorado en el centro de excelencia en depósitos minerales (CODES), en la Universidad de Tasmania.
Perfil Técnico
Realizo sus prácticas profesionales en Minsur en el área de Exploraciones en la mina San Rafael, Puno. Trabajo como Project Geoscientist en Río Tinto Mining and Exploration (RTZ o RTX) en Peru, Australia and Arizona, USA desde el 2014 al 2019. Fue parte del equipo descubridor del deposito de Au-Cu Winu en Western Australia como Global Project Geoscientist en el grupo de generación de proyectos de Río Tinto en Bundoora, Melbourne en el ano 2018.
